Happy New Year- Be Open to Love

With the New Year beginning there is a freshness in thee air- hold on to this moment and be open to receive more love. As the New Year comes in stand with your arms stretched wide and pointing upward into the air, and repeat this-

"I am open to love, I am open to give and receive more love- right now at this very moment". (This is the exact affirmation I used before I met my husband and had my daughter- it's powerful if said often as a mantra)

You have what you say- so just stay open and expect that in 2010 love will come.
